Multiple Endings
Steam and Konami state that multiple endings shaped by the player's actions. Steam about text and the Japanese features block both carry that line. Konami has not published the number of endings, their names, or the actions that select them. Here is the confirmed note. Named finales and unlock recipes stay unpublished. Read this after CRTV and stealth if you want the systems Konami named. Skip it if you wanted named finales; those names are not here because Konami has not published them.
What Steam and Konami published
Steam about text promises endings shaped by how you play. Japanese features copy lists multiple endings in the same block as 1996 exploration, stealth and combat choices, CRTV narrative puzzles, and first-person framing. Those two sentences are the entire first-party endings dossier used here.
The verbs Steam already named are the only legal hints: melee, firearms, stealth from cover, distraction, CRTV fragments of town life and past events, and Simon's job to put things right in St. Amelia. None of those verbs are mapped to a named ending in a Konami table. Treating any one verb as a guaranteed ending key would be invention.
Silent Hill as a franchise has a public history of multiple endings in earlier games. That history is not a substitute for a Townfall table. This standalone story gets its own sentence, not a borrowed unlock grid from Silent Hill 2 or Silent Hill f.
What Konami has not published
No ending names. No item checklists. No 'kill none / kill all' recipes. Unofficial unlock guides are not first-party. Konami has not published the number of endings or the actions that select them.
The Cast Reveal Trailer, Gameplay Trailer, and Launch Trailer do not include an endings chapter. Zoe's house and Otherworld combat are location and fight labels, not ending titles. Richard's summons through the CRTV is a story hook, not a coded finale.
If Konami later posts an official endings list, this route is where it belongs. Until then the honest page is short on names and long on the surrounding systems Konami named: CRTV, Strategic Stealth and Combat, Simon Ordell.
Do not treat Shorefront, Zoe's house, or Otherworld combat as ending titles. They are gameplay-trailer chapter labels. Do not treat Deluxe cosmetics as ending keys. They are looks for the CRTV and for Simon.
How to play without an unlock map
Play the four encounter verbs as choices, not as a speedrun script. Use the CRTV as a warning and a fragment collector. Listen to Zoe and Richard when the set speaks. Walk St. Amelia in 1996, including Shorefront and the red Otherworld the gameplay trailer shows with a pistol.
Deluxe's 48-hour early access changes when you start, not which ending flags exist. Cosmetics change the CRTV shell and Simon's alternate outfit. They are not ending keys. Ratings (ESRB M, CERO D) describe content, not finale count.
When you finish, Steam says the close you got was shaped by how you played. That sentence is the whole public machine. Anything more specific on a fan wiki, including this one, would be a guess dressed as a table.
If you wanted a spoiler atlas, stop here. The confirmed machine is one sentence long. The surrounding pages exist so that sentence has systems behind it instead of empty hedging.
After 24 September 2026
Konami's launch day may bring reviews, player reports, and unofficial charts. Those charts still need a first-party table before they belong on this URL. The confirmed sentence stays visible until Konami names finales.
If you finish the game and want to record what you did, use your own notes. Crowdsourced unlock recipes stay off this guide. When an official post names endings, the sections above will gain those names.
Until that post exists, the honest internal links are the systems pages. Combat verbs, CRTV fragments, and Simon's job are the published inputs. The output is 'multiple endings shaped by how you play.' That is the entire machine in public.
A missing table is still a fact, not a reason to borrow an unofficial grid.
Frequently asked questions
How many endings does Townfall have?
Konami has not published a number. Official copy only confirms multiple endings shaped by your actions. Any specific count you see on a community guide is not a first-party table and is not repeated here. This page exists so that missing number has a URL instead of a fabricated grid.
Do stealth or kills lock an ending?
Steam lists stealth, melee, firearms, and distraction as encounter choices and says endings are shaped by how you play. It does not map those verbs onto named finales. Use the four verbs as play choices. Do not read them as an unofficial ending flowchart.
