Prices, packages, and early access

The two-column record above is the buying table. Selection only changes the outline and which store button is emphasized. Every price, both Steam package IDs, and both early-access hour counts stay visible. On a 390-pixel screen the same fields stack, with each currency on its own line, so the hours never hide behind a collapsed accordion.

Deluxe's extra ten US dollars buy 48-hour early access, a digital artbook, a digital soundtrack, and Simon's Outfit: Alternate. Steam news and Konami EU press agree on that bundle. Standard is the full game at the lower price with the same pre-order CRTV styles. Beach Edition is PlayStation 5 exclusive; Steam and Epic buyers should not expect that cosmetic.

Physical copies are PlayStation 5 only, per Konami North American press. Deluxe is digital-only. If you want a disc, you are on PlayStation 5 Standard or a retailer SKU, not Deluxe. Named EMEA retailers with SteelBook incentives appear in EU press; Konami has not published a worldwide SteelBook SKU. Xbox is omitted because those official storefronts do not sell it.

Where to pre-order

The Japanese official site links PlayStation 5, Steam, and Epic Games reservations. Those three links are the official store row on this page. Xbox is omitted because official Konami product pages and press list PS5, Steam, and Epic only.

Steam app ID 1636440 is the PC storefront used for US prices and package IDs. PlayStation product JP0101-PPSA33286_00-TOWNFALLSIEJ0000 / concept 10016947 is the US Standard Edition page, also USD 49.99. Epic is linked as silent-hill-townfall-0cb037 from the Japanese order row.

Konami's launch day is 24 September 2026. Deluxe's 48-hour early access is already live relative to that day. Steam's own coming-soon line still showed Sep 23 in the English appdetails payload. For the date split and PC specs, continue to September 24, 2026.

Konami EU press is also the source for EMEA retailer SteelBook talk. Those retailer extras are not a fourth edition in the Steam package_groups list. This compare block stays on Standard 1587287 and Deluxe 1587294.

If a store page later splits Deluxe on PlayStation, still read the store's own picker. The Deluxe row is the Steam package 1587294 plus Konami's published extras.

What the extras actually are

CRTV Style: Rusted is a look for the pocket television, not a damage mod. CRTV Style: Beach Edition is the PlayStation 5 exclusive look. Simon's Outfit: Alternate is Deluxe-only clothing. None of those items change the four combat verbs or the CRTV jobs.

The digital artbook and soundtrack are Deluxe files. Pilotpriest composed the dynamic soundtrack for the game itself; the Deluxe soundtrack is the published extra, not a second composer credit. If you only want the music in play, Standard already has Pilotpriest in the mix.

Selecting Deluxe in the compare block points the store row at the Deluxe Steam package when you use Steam. PlayStation Store still sells the Standard SKU at USD 49.99 on the product page cited here. Read the store's own edition picker before paying.

Early access hours are a clock, not a difficulty. Zero hours on Standard means you wait for Konami's 24 September day. Forty-eight hours on Deluxe means you start earlier on the same island with the same verbs.

A practical buying path

If you want the lowest official US price and a disc option, take PlayStation 5 Standard. If you want the artbook, soundtrack, alternate outfit, and 48-hour early access, take Deluxe on a digital store. If you want Beach Edition on the CRTV, you need PlayStation 5 because that cosmetic is called out as a PS5 exclusive.

Steam package IDs exist so you can verify the cart. 1587287 is Standard. 1587294 is Deluxe. Those numbers come from Steam package_groups, not from a fan spreadsheet. EUR and GBP prices sit beside USD because Konami and Steam publish all three on the storefronts used here.

Do not wait for an Xbox row. Do not treat Epic as unofficial; Konami press names it and the Japanese site links it. After you pay, the play primer is still CRTV plus stealth and combat. Editions do not change those systems.
