Zoe is a nurse at the local family clinic. Kezia Burrows portrays her. 甲斐田 裕子 voices her. She speaks through the CRTV, which makes her both a town resident and a signal. The Gameplay Trailer names Zoe's house as a chapter, so her home is a playable location label, not only a credit.

Richard speaks through the CRTV and summons Simon to put things right. Terry O'Quinn portrays him. 大塚 明夫 voices him. Official copy does not publish Richard's job title beyond that summons. He is not listed as a clinic worker. He is the other end of the set.

Those two voices are why the CRTV is a telephone as well as a threat pinger. Read CRTV for the three jobs (threats, fragments, puzzles); the names stay in the three records above. Konami's published relations stop at Simon, Zoe, and Richard, so extra character URLs stay unpublished.

What Konami has not named

There is no official monster roster with per-creature portraits. There is no fourth named resident with a voice credit in the press used here. Community pages that list extra names are not first-party and are not copied onto this table.
